Welcome To Leadership Vibe

You could easily of landed on any number websites, blogs, articles, etc about leadership and self development.  I also know that you were more than likely searching for a topic around leadership, professional/personal development, and anything related.  One of the problems with leadership content is that a lot of it is cut and dry.  So I decided it was time to start a blog to actually help everyone person who stops by Leadership Vibe to learn, grow, and lead.  There is an emerging leader in all of us, you simply need to tap into it.  I hope to take this journey with each of you who find my little blog, to learn and grow as a community, and to challenge each other to truly learn grown, and lead together.

Why Should You Listen To Me?

Well you shouldn’t… I’m kidding, but I would never want you to take anything I have to say at face value.   But since you are here listening to me right now, I have a B.S. in business management, an MBA in leadership, interview high level leaders, have lead and developed many, and have a burning passion to grow. I am also an avid researcher who does not stop to find what actually works versus surface level advice.  A major problem I see on a regular basis is that people don’t position themselves to lead  early on.  This is where Leadership Vibe comes in.

What Can I Offer You Here At Leadership Vibe?

I offer you my dedication, passion, experience, and personal struggles/successes.  I will do my very best to give you the most potent and effective useful leadership and development advice I possibly can.  I will also go into great detail on the follwoing;

Some people will totally disagree with me on some things, that is fine it is good to have opposing sides so we can push each other to learn.   I walk the talk so to speak, and I will show it to you as you go through this blog.
