Holistic leadership is not the most well established or even defined style of leadership.  In fact, everyone has their unique spin on what Holistic leadership is and is not.  I figured I may as well jump in and give my definition of what Holistic leadership is from my point of view and why if you apply it the way I do it will have far reaching positive impacts on your entire life, not just in your job.  Whether we want to admit it or not, if you have little to no sense of leadership overall you are going to struggle through many things in life.  Establishing a Holistic leadership perspective is the answer to overcome struggling and move into controlling your success.
